Need Help ID-ing Forks that came on GS 550 E

The forks/TTT in the attached picture were on the GS550 that I acquired recently. They will be going up for sale as I've put the original forks back on the bike, but I have no idea what they are and cannot get them out of the wife's garage until I do.

    Any info would be helpful.

    Thanks in advance,

    Geoff

An absolute guess but they look similar to '88/'89 GSXR 750 forks. 43mm?
The wheel is the wrong colour but the rotors look similar as well.

Thanks for replying, Steve. Took my calipers to the tubes and they measure 41mm. Would that change the bike/year?

And 8254 stamped on the inside of the forks (L & R). Can't seem to find anything on these.

A couple more pics might help.
Do you know if the wheel is a match to the forks?
Top of my head SV650 had 41mm forks for 20 years or so, CBR600F2/F3 there are probably lots of them.

I would say that the wheel is non-original, plus has a healthy dent that you can see in one of the pictures! If the forks do sell it'll be without the wheel!

                    Pretty sure that's a Katana 600 front end (GSX600F). 95-99??

I think we have a match!

Steve and Hillsy: thank you both!
