All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Just wanted to send out a reminder that if you want your rally listed on the homepage of The GSResources, please let me know. If you are looking to get more exposure for your event, be sure to email or DM the details to Frank (administrator). I will 'stick' your forum thread as well.

There is no longer a restriction to only annual rides. As long as your ride is a sure bet then I'll list it...

Please note that you may list all GS related events in the forum calendar.

    One final suggestion...
When creating a thread for a new ride, please continue to update the first article in the thread with the latest ride information. This saves people from having to wade through pages of posts for the updated information.

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

The motorcycle school is doing a bike rodeo, Ride Like a Pro version this weekend I'll try to ride up Sunday morning to meet for coffee

It's shaping up with some new faces this year. I have a few more of my friends that want to come and a few more New England motocamping enthusiasts that I have been intouch with. With the regulars from last year returning it will be a decent crowd.

I don't ride a bike anymore but if anyone wants to join me for a round of golf, let me know. I'll probably book a t-time for Saturday at Green Mountain National which is not far away. Beautiful course.

I’ll be coming back from spending a few days east of Fayetteville NC. Only 6 hours one way yet I have to get (2) Oncology practices we recently acquired up to accreditation standards. 🤪🤓

New Human and I got sick yesterday and I'm running on no sleep and working till 1AM. Childcare is non existent here in Vermont... I'm planning to be there as long as I can turn the corner on this illness and I'm functional in the AM, and my new kid doesn't keep me up again all night.

I need to get a bike up to snuff for a Friday overnight, All my rigs are currently in need of something
  1. I need 2 tires needed on the T120, chain and sprockets are also overdue but it should be ok... I have the saddle bags ready to bolt on though!
  2. Rear Rim leak issue on the Scram and it needs 2 tires too and the 65K miles service... This would be the best option but I need to diagnose the rear rim issue. Deferred maintenance so I can ride more!
  3. The ole Honda had it's linked brakes stop working and in turn the system burned the hell out of the front right pad and seized the rear caliper... No pressure going to the front left. I did manage to get allot of that work done and de-linked the linked braking system in it. Running new stainless lines and rebuilt calipers with new pads. That might be the one I go with this weekend... We will see if I can get the yards of plastic back on it in time tomorrow.
Saturday I meet up for a few hour ride with the Triumph cats in the AM. I want to spend most of the time with you dudes. I think my wife is giving me a 24 hour hall pass however I will follow up and see if she might want to allow me a second overnight. With Liz sick though, might be a far cry.

My arrival plan is if I get there by 4PM I'll be happy. I need to get a rig up and running first, Dirty bird is looking to be the best candidate so far though. I will throw my camping stuff into the wash tonight when I get home. If I don't have a bike I'll plan to roll up in my 94 Subaru Legacy Wagon i did a restore on over the past year.

I did manage to grab a TOMCC dude to stay up on the mountain, @skip I hope he reached out. Brian is also coming up with his trusty FZ6. Henry is a no go but that's anticipated. I'll go over the reasoning when I get there.

I really need this time to be "Jedz" for a bit, it's been a wild end to the summer but has afforded me no time for myself.

Best,
