    Center Stand hitting chain?

Or you could do something like this. Goes over one of the center stand pivots. The tab is the stand stop.

    WTH is this?

Installed. And works like a dream. Thanks, tkent02, for confirming my thoughts.

    WTH is this?

That's my thought also. Looks like it fits the left side center stand hanger. I'm pretty sure the tab is a stop for the stand when it's up. Since the stock pipes, which are replaced by the header, have a bumper for the stand.

    WTH is this?

Fixing up one of my Katanas to sell. Got this out of one of the boxes of parts. I'm thinking it is a center stand stop that came with the Kerker 4-1 street pipe. Anynoe know for sure?

Custom Swingarm Bushings (for swinger conversions)

If there is enough difference between the pivot bolt diameter & the ID of the inner bearing race you could get away with just a sleeve. Preferably at least 1.5mm wall thickness. 2mm would be better, And I don't think I'd chance it at 1mm. I'd choose 4140 for the sleeve material, but...

    '83 Katana footpeg

Can anyone take a photo of the right side footpeg from an '83 Katana? I need to see how the spring fits in the assembly. I can't tell from the diagram what the orientation of the spring is, and it seems kind if weird how I have it installed right now.

    Rocker arm oil bump

They are easy to grind down with edge of a small Dremel cut-off wheel. Be sure to chamfer the oil hole after grinding the bump away. Of course you will have the rockers out the head. And clean them thoroughly before you re-install them. In the same locations they were removed from.

    Crankcase Ventilation Fittings, etc.

Very well could be. But there are no perfect systems. When I leaked the motor down, the test showed about 1-2%, which is totally acceptable. Again, I don't know if this will do anything or not. But, I HAVE addressed the seal & shifter shaft, so what will it hurt to try this? Answer: It won't.

    Crankcase Ventilation Fittings, etc.

My thought is that the small size of the of the hole isn't letting the case vent fast enough. Am I correct? I don't know. Leak down on the motor looks ok, and it was rebuilt about 13,000 miles ago. Again, I figure it can't hurt.

    Crankcase Ventilation Fittings, etc.

Not really finding what I was looking for, so........ A quick trip to the CNC lathe, Follow by a stop at the CNC mill, A little finish work. And there they are. A filler/breather cap for my 1150 & one for the Katana I'm getting ready to sell. Now I need to buy a couple -10 AN fittings...

    Crankcase Ventilation Fittings, etc.

Another question, where did you end up routing the hose to? I have a hose coming off the valve cover, routed back to just in front of the license plate. Coming off of the filler cap, I plan on running the hose to roughly the same area.

    Crankcase Ventilation Fittings, etc.

Thanks for the link. Wish there were prices. Although it probably wouldn't make a lot of sense to buy it from the UK. I'll see if I can find a seller in the States, or, roll my own, as they say.

    Crankcase Ventilation Fittings, etc.

Got it. I think I need to do this as I'm pushing some oil from the shifter shaft seal. New seal, shifter shaft is in perfect condition. I really do think I'm building a bit much case pressure, & I figure it can't hurt. Looks like you have a -6 line there. I know the oil filler cap is M20x1.5 at...

Does that run to a catch can? Or is there a filter on the end of the hose?

    Top End Oiler Project

Right. On the 1150 head, there aren't obstructions. I'm trying to determine the best option, as using the -6 fittings & hose makes keeping everything tidy looking a bit more problematic. Also, whether running the oil line above or below results in different hose lengths. Unfortunately, with...
