A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

Kiwi Canuck tries his Luck with a Six Fiddy

I also have a reason I needed to get the GS650E to it's new owner, as a new bike has shown up and I need the space. I tried this bike out when I was at the Horizons Unlimited Travelers Meeting in Nakusp B.C. back in August and loved the ergos, also like the look of it. I'd never seen one...

Kiwi Canuck tries his Luck with a Six Fiddy

So it's been a while since I updated here. The bike had been running, but not well, it would only run on all 4 cylinders once warm and then it would not rev above 6,000 RPM. I had the carbs off several times and dipped them and then put them one by one into the ultrasonic for another hour or...

Can any of your guys identify this GS from this one crummy picture?

The 1981 GS1100GL has shaft drive, not sure if they made a GS1100L in 1981. Should be able to verify it by the VIN number, 1981 and after would be 17 digit so he could have that checked to verify. David.

Looking for key code on locks

911 is not a code, 229 is a valid number. If the ignition is OEM Suzuki then the code on the ignition is opposite where the wire enters the back of the lock. BTW I can cut keys to code on the plastic headed keys, $10.00 each shipped. (2 weeks by regular mail) David.
