I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

false start on the starter, gears were binding so its not going to work. Hopefully have an 1150 starter on the way soon. In the mean time, motor fits without much drama, couple of washers on the rear upper mount to get the spacers right and all the other mounts match up exactly. new tank and...

pulled the head to see if the timing chain being off had done any damage, all seems well with the pistons. Has had rings and a hone at some point but it looks as though the guides may not have been replaced, or perhaps not installed correctly. Exhaust side guide is looking trashed, and the...

24l off a 750 right? The 19l is proving difficult to find. Thinking of fabricating one out of the 450 tank. Or maybe adapting another make altogether.

Ok, thanks for the thoughts, i actually kinda liked the high back and slightly smaller tank, the lager 1100 tank does look good though, might go see if the local wrecker will give me one of those for 50$ too :)

Thanks ozman, hopefully it fits, the gsx stuff is in excellent nick, picked up a nice looking tank from a smaller gsx 80s era tank last week for 50bucks, sandblasted it this afternoon and I thunk it will work ok with a change of mounts and some minor panel work to clear the frame. Maybe the...
