1982 GS750 T - Chain and Sprocket Headache...

After reading this thread - thanks Rich.

I have decided to purchase the following items:

Front Sprocket: JTF513 - 18 teeth
Rear Sprocket: JTF 816 - 49 teeth

So far so good. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Chain... 530 X ring 116 links

And here I've hit a snag.

There's this chain:

Chain 530x116 DID VX3 Heavy Duty X-Ring - For ?108 (116 links)

Or this one:

JT Chain JTC530X1R118RL - For ?65 (118 links)

Here's my headache:

They're both X ring, but the JT chain is ?43 cheaper - Is the DID chain really that much better?

I don't know.

I just want a good enough chain that will fit my sprockets.

Can you help a fellow out with some advice on what chain to get, please?

The DID is a better chain for sure. I'm not positive it's worth the extra money, but if this bike is a long term keeper, I'd splurge.
