On a recent ride in the rain my top bag rain cover flew off somewhere. Also, one of my saddlebags was too close to the muffler and melted a little. On another day I accidentally broke the shoulder strap buckle on my tank bag.
So, I decided to call Nelson-Rigg to see about buying replacements. I assumed I'd have to pay for them cause it was my fault. No problem, I like the gear enough it'd be worth it. They said sure, of course, as long as they're in stock, but they'd be free! I had to ask if I heard them correctly and they said yes, but I'd just have to pay for shipping.
Now that's good customer service. Plus, it'll be here before I leave for Moosehead. If I ever need any more gear and they make something that fits the bill, then I'm definitely buying from them.
