A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I had a thread on this a while back and only had one person order. The order goes out at the end of the week with delivery scheduled for August and I wanted to post a last chance to get in on it (for August delivery, not last chance ever). This deal is actually piggybacked (no pun intended) on the CB group buy I'm doing on the CBF site. If you'd like a set of these send me a PM and I'll send you the information for my contact at Ohlins that I have this set up with.

I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is the real deal. The information can be verified, you will be provided with a name, address, email, and phone number all matching Ohlins distributors in NC. Your shocks will come set up to your weight and riding style. They will have a warranty and they are not seconds, rebuilds, or blems. They are brand new, and the very same shocks you would pay over $800 retail for if you got them somewhere else. And, you can use your Visa to pay for them if you choose to do so.

Ohlins shocks are the best out there and these are half of retail. Don't settle for second or third best if you can afford to buy these new. I've been using Ohlins products for years and have never been disappointed. Sure, there are cheaper shocks, but none better. Satisfaction garenteed in that if you don't like them you can send them back within 30 days for a full refund.

PM me for contact info.

can you swing this type of deal for other shocks, like ones for SV's or GSXR's?

i'm not in the market for those type of shocks currently but maybe by winter i will be.

Possibly the SV, what year GSXR were you thinking? I can't get anything pre 95 as I sold them all already. Those were the SU043's (I think, but that's just from memory) and sold for $470 each. I recently sold a 2002 SV650 shock for $450, but it had 1 track day on it and was a customer return. I get deals like that occasionally (that was a triple adjust and was an expensive shock). If you want, I can PM you my email address and when the time comes you can let me know and I'll see what I can do for you.

yeah that sounds good, i was thinking about a Ohlin with the works for my 05 SV1000s (a gsxr 1k shock would fit too) i was thiking about remote reservoir, remote preload, compression and damping adjustment.
send me your email and i will hang on to it until i store up enough pennies.
