Carb jets for GSX750ES 1985 with Wiseco 816cc piston kit

I recently restored my GSX750ES 1985 to a completely new condition. Everything on the bike is new and originally speced as if the bike came out of the dealership in 1985:

1. Original 4:2 exhaust system.
2. All carb jets are standard (Main jet is 117.5)
3. Airbox is original.

The only non-original thing are the pistons. The original sleeves were totally worn out so I had to use the Wiseco 816cc kit. That's a 10% increase in engine displacement with stock carburation.

I completed 1000 miles and the bike sounds great and pulls like a tractor in low RPM. I can ride all day without passing 2500 RPM.
The problem is that the engine is not so RPM happy. It can reach 10,000 RPM but it doesn't fill comfortable above 6000.

To solve the problem I can change the exhaust system, replace the airbox and change jets but I want to take things slowly and start by stepping up the 117.5 main jet.

Does anybody have any experience with the Wiseco 816 kit for GSX750ES/GS750ES ?
Can anybody recommend a carb main jet size for this kit ?

I would consider looking at www.factorypro.com or www.dynojet.com.

Factory Pro has a good tutorial on tuning CV carbs, but the "slowly" thing will probably turn into the "longly" thing with multiple carb removals & reattachments.

It seems a pipe, jet kit & filters would be necessary to allow the bored motor to breathe above 6 thousand.
