Carburettor "Clamp"

G'Day GSR Folks

I'm still plodding along with my 1980 GS1000G (T) refurbishment.

A couple of days ago, I started some final work on the carbs and came across a small conundrum. There's an item known as a "clamp" (according to the Suzuki parts fiche).

My issue is I can't work out where this clamp is attached to the carb assembly. Can anyone provide some advice on how this is orientated?

Thanks Nessism - BRILLIANT!. That's the manual that I needed. All the other manuals I have either don't address this or the images are way too dark to make any sense.
