Hi
When comparing the clutch in the 1983 gsx 750es engine
the bottom of the innerhub below the clutchplates
have a wavewasher that looks almost like an extra steelplate
and also a lock/snapring in place
that the older clutches don`t have.
What is the purpose of this "extra steelplate" hub?
does this design have any advantage compared
to the 77-78gs750 style hub?
Do all the later engines have this type of hub?
In advance
Thanks
