After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer Complaint described below.
We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.
Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.

I ordered some used parts and engine paint from these guys on Dec 19th and have not heard anything from them since. No response to e-mails or phone calls just a recording. The used parts were quoted through a e-mail dialog so there was somebody there at the time. It was been two weeks and the holiday traffic is not an excuse at this point. I have filed a claim with paypal. Total is about $110 for above.

Please keep trying to contact them for another week or so (both email and phone). If you still don't get any info from them then let me know and I will list them on the site. Because we are dealing will a business, I like to be a little cautious before listing them.
