I own a Hero Honda CBZ Xtreme and I have got few problems :
1. When I start the engine, it appears like fuel is flowing somewhat fast (earlier it was a calm sound)
2. While accelerating ,I get sound from the exhaust.
3. There is uneven vibration feeling on foot rest and handle.
4. Pick up has reduced.
Distance travelled : 4100 kms
I am a new biker, I ride in cool manner . Also, I wish to know if an engine is noisy , where it's sound comes from : the engine area or exhaust ?

You measure distance in km, and your terminology appears to be translated. My guess is your native language may not be English, or you are just new to motorcycles and basically have no technical motorcycle vocabulary. Either way no problem..
Like others have said, The GSResources is not really the forum for these bikes, so there is zero information on a Hero Honda.
Not sure if there is a forum on Hero Honda, but there could be one out there somewhere. Your best bet to get any relative help is to locate one on the Hero Honda.

Now I'll try and answer some of your thoughts, but the advice is only in general. I have worked on a number of small displacment bikes, but not a Hero Honda.

Fuel is flowing somewhat fast?
I do not exactly know what you mean, but my interpretation is the idle speed/RPMs has increased. A number of things can cause this, main one is an air leak in the intake. Possibly the pilot screw in the carburetor has vibrated out and is missing. I have seen this happen, but it usually causes the engine to stop running at idle.
2. While accelerating ,I get sound from the exhaust.
I hope so, this is what is supposed to happen, it if didn't make sound the engine would not be running, but when you say "sound" I think you mean something different. Sound, as in it makes a loud popping sound not observed before the trouble. If so, this is usually caused by more air entering the engine from the intake/carburetor as noted in #1.
3. There is uneven vibration feeling on foot rest and handle.
Vibration of some degree is normal in motorcycles, but you say "uneven" like it is struggling to stay running at idle. This could be additional air as noted before in the intake, but check the spark plug and spark plug wire making sure the wire is connected good to the spark plug cap.
4. Pick up has reduced.
This also relates to the air/fuel mixture ratio. Additional air, but it can also be more fuel. Make sure the choke is working propperly, and is turned off while riding. If the motorcycle has been jetted lean from the factory, the bike may idle at a higher speed if the choke is left in the on position or not off completely.

Welcome to the wonderful world of motocycles.
As mentioned, a basic tune up may do wonders for your bike, which simply includes; change spark plug, adjust valves, change oil, and clean the air filter.
Normally small displacment single cylinder engines are noisy. Making sure the intake and exhaust valves are adjusted to specification helps greatly reduce the rattling sound inside the engine. The exhaust must make some sound for it to be called a motorcycle. So, to answer your last question.
Both engine and exhaust make noise on a motorcycle.
If you are not comfortable with checking these items, take the motorcycle to a Honda repair shop. I'm sure they will be happy to fix the bike.
Again, a Hero Honda forum would be best if inclined to avoid a repair shop.
