A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • This forum is for placing reviews for parts, accessories, gear and service as it relates to your GS motorcycle. The key here is "GS Related". There is a bit of latitude here but we don't want to see a review on Maytag washers just because that's what you use to clean your riding jacket in.

Keep your review as factual as possible and please refrain from personal attacks. Posted articles will be reviewed by the Editors and may be removed at their discretion.

So let's make this a useful addition to the forum! A special pat on the back goes to Hap Call for coming up with this great idea.

The views expressed in this forum are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of "The GSResources" or the editors.

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

on-line they are http://LMR.COM

I just had a small but warm exchange with them

I ordered a part on-line for my Mustang, paid by paypal, and then got their e-mail confirmation which offered me a six percent discount on my next purchase, as I was a first time customer.

I looked at that and remembered there was something else I would like and found it on their site. I started the purchase routine again and stopped when I got to the shipping cost, as the item was $10. and shipping would be $31...almost as much as my first purchase, which was much more in weight, and over $300.

My order was already complete so I phoned and asked if I could add something to the order, as the small item I wanted weighs only two or three ounces and is worth only $10, while the website said minimum shipping cost was $31.

He said that, since my paypal purchase was complete, the only option there is cancel the sale and refund my money, then I could purchase it again and add the new part, but it would take a few days for the refund to go through and I would actually be paying twice for the parts until the refund came through..

Then he said he did not want to keep me waiting and would just put the small part into the package.

I asked him how I should pay for the extra part.......No charge..

When I got the shipping confirmation it showed the extra part and even that I had forgotten to order it...but still no charge.

I really appreciate that extra step to gain and keep a new customer.

They specialize in Mustangs and F-150s. If you have one of these try them .http://LMR.COM

Their pricing is really good: even with shipping costs to Canada (free within USA) , I am saving more than $200 over buying locally..

EDIT

On top of all that....incredible shipping time. Ordered at 1:55PM...two hours later their e-mail said t was packed and ready for shipping. Then I got the UPS notification saying they picked it up at 4:55PM.. exactly three hours from the order time.

I cannot see how anything can get better than this.:star:
