Looking for oem non air cap fork caps for my '80...will anything swap out?

My '80 GS850G has the factory air fork caps and I'd like to swap them out for another oem Suzi non air type from another bike....37mm fork caps. I'll be swapping the old fork springs to progressive once I figure out which ones I need {heavy bike + 190lb rider}, so the air caps won't be needed...I'd like a cleaner look too.
Anyoen know what other models with the same tube diameter, OD or threading, will swap in place of mine?

Don't know about the caps, but many members here say the sonic straight rate springs are better than a progressive wind. That's what I'll be going to soon. Btw, I'm looking for non air caps too. Won't really need them, but it's a cleaner look.

I understand completely.....and heard some of the same on the non progressive springs too...I'm on the rails with that{springs}.
