Just had a fantastic experience with Amazon. I ordered a Motobatt battery and received it in 2 days. Well, the Motobatt website lists 2 different batteries for the 79-83 GS850 and 850L. I didn't notice this, and sure enough, it was the wrong one. It will fit, but I have to stand it on end which is a real pain to connect the cables. So, I called Amazon and explained my mistake. They said no problem, refunded my money including shipping, and told me to keep the battery! I've just ordered the correct one, and I'm sure it will be delivered just as quickly as the first. I've ordered from them before, but never had to contact their customer service. From this experience, I'd have to say their customer service is second to none.
