Well, i dont know if this is a real good way to get the needle jet out...
But heres what i had to do.
I was following the carb cleanup manual and got to the part about removing the needle jet with a wooden dowel. Well, my problem was that i couldnt get the main jet washer off. So i went and got a metric 5mmx.8 bolt, ran it down into the needle jet (on the main jet side) and gently tapped it out. From there i could remove the washer with a long screw driver from the opposite side.
I dont know if thats the best way, but it might help someone else in the future..
Thanks, and good luck... I know i need it!
