Valve seal installer

Does anyone know if they make and were to find a tool to install valve seals ?

Index finger. Apply moly lube to the seal before installation.

Most use a socket same size has metal around middle of seal and lightly tap on. terrylee

Little grease on the guides and the seals and my thumb has never failed me Youll feel them click into the groove.

Like Chuck, I prefer to use a little bit of lubrication and my thumb.

It does not take very much to push them into place.

Make sure to use Suzuki Moly grease or similar Moly-Ep grease, as using grease with additives will mess up your wet clutches when it mixes into the oil, same as using "resource conserving" stamped oil for modern cars in your wet clutch bike.

The reason we all use our fingers or a socket is so that we do not damage them while going on (that and there's no need to buy an expensive tool). They are very fragile and a bit of care needs to be taken when seating them, meaning don't 'hammer' them down etc...it doesn't take much to seat them.

I agree there is no need for "grease with additives", but there is also no need to over-think this.

A few drops of motor oil, simple 3-in-1 oil, even some Vaseline will work just fine. :encouragement:
