Finally some closure on my threads!!!
FIXED!!!
I Followed The "Dyna S Ignition System Testing" PDF on Dyna's website: http://www.dynaonline.com/skins/downloads/instruct/DynaSTSG.pdf
And was getting an intermittent problem where I had +12V on the white and black wires: http://www.dynaonline.com/skins/downloads/instruct/DS3-1_3-2.pdf
Even when the Rotor magnet was facing away from the Modules. I traced this issue back to the old "Splice connector". The Red wire which powered the Dyna S was too loose to work. Heat made the situation worse apparently. Put in a new splice connector and it seems I have solved this one!!
Between this and the Recent Valve Clearance Job I did, The bike runs greeeat!!! http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum/showthread.php?t=127985
