Basically, you send them your dirty old fuel injectors, and they clean and rebuild them for a measly $15 each.
So instead of paying $130+ each for new injectors for my 200,000 mile Corolla, I shipped off my old injectors, and they cleaned them and shipped them back to me the same day they received them. All for $60 plus $12 return shipping. Wotta deal.
There was a misunderstanding on the o-ring size (their reference listed the wrong size for my car), and they quickly corrected the situation, no questions asked.
The car runs 100% better now (the injectors were indeed very clogged).
I'm also 100% happy. I hate spending a lot of money on a stupid car.

They also rebuild motorcycle fuel injectors, and sell high-performance and matched sets of injectors. You hot rod folks probably already know all about them (in fact, koolaid_kid told me about them). But even those of us with ordinary everyday econoboxes can benefit from their expertise.
