.I sent them an email about 6am this morning asking what could be done about it fully expecting the standard answer - send them back on your dime and we'll get something out to you. Actually however, I received a UPS RMA label and an email from them about 10am stating they would send out another pair of pants after they inspected them. I am to hold onto the ripped pair until after I get the new ones and to send it back using the pre-paid label. Additionally, if the ones coming aren't right then I am to include that pair in the same box using the same label.
It's really nice to see businesses looking out for their customers instead of worrying about the bottom line. To finish this story, I received the shipping information from UPS for the new pants by 5pm this afternoon; supposed to have them by Monday, Mar 17th.
