Today I tightened my shifter on my GS1000 as it was loose, then I gave it a bath, then I went riding in this gorgeous 80 degree weather here.

      Hi,

This past Saturday I gave Jessie Blue all new oils; crankcase oil and filter, secondary gear oil, and final drive unit oil changes.

She's purring like a kitten. These air-cooled bikes like the colder weather. It must be the thicker air.

      Thank you for your indulgence,

      BassCliff

Put my new pilots and mains in, pilots are now too big and she's too rich More ordered...

Then I got my safety certificate done and compliance plate done as it's been put back to dual seat so she's all ready to get registered

              I wrenched on this:

In order to get some references for this:

Custom titanium exhaust getting mocked up at the Racefit shop in the UK.

              Yummy!

Actually, it's just the custom made titanium exhaust. The owner of the bike is guy in Britain who's also getting a custom exhaust made. They (Racefit) are just using his bike as a mock-up.

Third day of my complete rebuild. On the first day I got it down to the frame. Second day I ripped apart the top end. Today I got into the bottom end. Now all that's left is clean-up, paint, and assembly.

Got the (hopefully) right size pilot jets today and put them in. Also wire brushed the spark plugs clean so I can get a proper reading next time I'm able to kick her over which should hopefully be Friday.

Hopefully that's the day she gets registered if the weather cooperates

R&R'ed the heater blower motor on the 300. oops, in today's lingo that would be changed out the blower motor...

Jacked up and removed the rear wheels from the daughter-in-laws Intrepid. it's going to need brakes. thankfully I have my torches back at the house as those rotors look like they are a bit rusted in place.
