EDIT: Please pay no mind to the temporary seat. Still waiting on the upholsterer to finish the new cover.

I started a thread for crazy signs and that one would fit right in. Those phrases are probably why it got transplanted to the vortex.

I had one in mind for this, Dr Hurt, but he must have closed his practice. Wonder why, lol!

I'll be on the lookout this weekend.

I passed a bowling alley with a huge bowling pin out front and have seen sporting goods stores with "larger than life equipment" out front. Maybe a giant gun or tennis racket?? All sporting equipment!

That woodworking store had quite a monopoly on tools here in town before the big box stores started opening.

MrBill, next time you come to Albuquerque let me know and maybe we could grab lunch.

New tag, a place that caters specifically to woodworking.

I've been in that building with my nephew, his favorite store in Albuq.

Dude that was close. I suppose I could have gotten a ticket for that pic in front of the stadium but it took like ten seconds and nothing was going on that day anyway. This game is fun but certainty not worth a ticket.

Be safe and have fun at bike week. I was there in 92 and had a blast. We just had finished a job in Hollywood, FL and I stopped in Daytona for the weekend before heading to McGehee, AR.

Here's an inappropriately named apartment complex. Will that do? I ran a couple hundred miles around the state today and this is the best I could come up with. I was going to use the Rio Grande (River Big) which was at the time I passed through last year just a tiny stream making it more like the Rio Pequeno (river little). Much to my surprise it was full and healthy now.

So, here's what I got. It's called The Shores and there's no water in sight! The street names are even misleading people to believe there's some sort of lakefront property here, lol.

If that's accepted, the NEW TAG is with larger than life sports equipment, ie; football, cricket whacker thing, hockey sticks, or a big statue of an athlete with such equipment would work.
This is our pro baseball stadium, AAA minor leage team, The Albuquerque Isotopes. The name cam from a Simpsons cartoon.
