Have to say he did a beautiful restoration. TERRIBLE choice in paint scheme...

First thing I would HAVE to do is paint it. Even a flat black rattle can would improve that. Not that I would EVER own a Honda.

          Such a deal.
Any wonder why the seller doesn't post a pic of the ENTIRE bike?

I love guys like this. Clip-ons and bell mouths make a bike a cafe racer.

You forgot the flat black paint job. But it can't be a cafe, it has fenders!

Interesting Weber carbs, they look just like Mikunis

SGS: Solid Gold Suzuki! Not CL, but still funny

Well, you'd think it was gold by the asking price.
$6,000 on May 31: Don't click the link just yet.

Amazingly, still no throngs of buyers with cash in hand.

Back again on June 7, apparently not enough people saw it at $5K: Go ahead and click!
                      1983 suzuki gs850gl for sale

This is the first ad I saw, and when I saw the picture and (tried to) read the description, I thought for sure the decimal place had been misplaced. It was only when I saw the other ads that I realized he was actually asking $5 grand for a non-running GL.

                      Here's the ad text:

One of those over priced, disassembled, POS ads had this little piece of wisdom in it, if only more of us could appreciate the lesson hidden therein: "It was a project for me over the winter and I didn't get too far."

Too many of these get deleted rather quickly, and virtually all of them get deleted eventually, making all these jokes USELESS.

Why not leave the punch line in the joke?
