MSO=manufacturers statement of origin - necessary to title the frame and engine, the other stuff is aftermarket lingo for choppers

To start things off the bike does not run. Its has 5132.7 miles on it. I bought this off a friend a couple years ago and never got to this project. Looking to get rid of it now. Needs new battery and some carbretor work. The bike could use a good cleaning as well. I dont know to much more about the bike. Good project bike. Asking 500
