Even with those low miles and if the bike was in excellent running condition with a clear title, he would be dreaming to get more than $1,200 for it.

There was a GN 250, a thumper. Judging from how the header goes to the right of the bike, and there is no muffler on the left, it appears to be a GN 250, although the picture quality leaves a lot to be desired. I'm pretty sure I rode one during my MSF class
