      No worries there, the bark busters are doing their job and we have spare parts Here's the route we took including detours. We'll definitely by trying the Maid Lk Rd again as it was a blast until we had to turn back due to snow.

        So finally winter is breaking it's hold here in VT... The queen bee of the loading dock, 40 mile ride in, gorgeous day! Soon I'll be breaking her sisters out! (I hope)

                  That is cool. I lived about 100 feet from the canal for a few years. Used to love hiking and riding the old donkey paths along the side.

                            Yes, even after thirty years, is still a fine machine.

                            I have restored mine to original specs (weels, pipes, forks etc) and I can tell you the quotas are possibly better than with the obvious GSX-R donors items.

                            The intake roar is awesome, pipe's scream chiling and canyon carving on the powerband frigthening.

                              i was hoping to get out and ride with the 716 Streetbikers yesterday but had to work on my daughter's truck instead. bummmmmmer. at least i got the truck running.

                                Took the '83 1100 out for its last ride before her new caretaker (who is among us, but will remain unnamed until he outs himself) arrives Saturday to take her home.























                                What a great riding bike! Man, I'll miss her but am already looking forward to the next one... whatever she'll be!
