DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Thought I would post some pics (well lots really, hope you don't mind) of Rob (AZR) trip to the States on Friday coming home Saturday night.
I went over to vancouver Thursday morning to take care of some business, stayed over night. Checked into my hotel thaen went to move my bike and no startee!! Bump start. It's a long story and there is another thread on it started by AZR.
Anyway Friday morning Rob took the ferry over to meet meet me. We took off for Hope BC, where we got health insurance for our trip States side. $16.00 for three day coverage. Good deal!
Gotta love taking a bike on the ferry...boat is never full and you are first in line!

Looks like it was a good trip, despite the starter (now solved?) issues.

Are you using the 1100 for the Veronia trip?

Oh yeah...we got that figured out. Lol...putting it back together to prepare for another day of bump starting, Rob had me sand/clean the connectors to the battery and guess what??? That was it. Started right up.:D Unbelievable! On another funny/lapse of brain cells, I put in in diesel fuel in my bike Friday night. A gallons worth. So I smoked like a 2 stroke for a few hours.:p I surprised that it really didn't run that bad. And hey, the deisel fuel was cheaper. Rob is now running nothing but deisel in his bikes.:p:p

Great pictures...beautiful scenery...

Looks like a great trip...:)

Great pictures. Be careful, this touring thing is addictive. I like to ride behind Rob and let him sort out relations with wildlife. I made it up to Vince's place this weekend, on a quick trip to the Columbia Gorge in my truck. Motorcycles are much better on my back.

Ya, we had a good time. Loads of good times, good beer and great roads. Some more pictures. This wast part way down Nighthawk Rd., my favorite border crossing indeed.

This wasn't the worst rain we hit by no means but sure paid off bringing the gear. Not too far down that great road I snapped this photo of a man and his bike...:)
