Hacker Alert Lockout! on the Homepage - Why?

    administrator

Wondering why, whenever I click on the Homepage Link at the bottom right of the page, I get the -

    Hacker Alert Lockout!

instead of the Homepage. And it's not like I'm attempting a bunch of page loads in short succession.

    Anyone else experiencing this?

I seem to recall a notice about this something in the past.
This is only on my work PC.
On mobile, the Homepage link opens the Homepage.

No 'hacker alert lockout' for me, but I'll tell you what I just saw, and not for the first time. As I was logging in, a banner prompted me to "install" the GS Resources. I don't install anything on my phone, and the prompt disappeared shortly after I got in. But I've seen it before.

For some odd reason this website is a big target for international hackers trying to get onto our server (probably to plant a bot) or break into our database (to extract email addresses). This has been going on for quite a while and the hacks come from all over. China, Russia, Europe and the US. In order to stop us from being

I've not tried it but the vast majority of the time those "installs" are nothing more than a shortcut on your screen, you click it and it brings you here

Thanks David. I found that post while searching earlier on my work PC. I could see the post, but clicking on the link gave me a different type of error, again, on my work PC. I'm at home now on my windows laptop, and I can go to that link and I can go to the Homepage, no problem. Problem must be isolated to my work PC. I may try to PM Frank tomorrow and see if there's anything he can do.
