For some reason, playing with a phone makes me angrier than driving drunk. I used to get right near the driver's door and rev the engine if I saw someone on the phone. I'd like to ram that phone down their throat.
I once tried to alert a cop about a 'distracted' driver, but I couldn't get the cop's attention. He was playing with his phone. True story.
If you have a phone in your hand while you're behind the wheel, it should be immediately confiscated and destroyed in front of you, no judge, no jury. Maybe a few fingers amputated for good measure.
