What's old is new again? No, still old haha.

Doing vehicle swap due to a lame one needing repairs, so my son's riding the GS to college and I'm driving his '19 Corolla XSE 6 speed (not bad, not bad at all...).

He sent me a pic, brought back memories. I was commuting to college in the late 80s, almost 40 years ago, on a GS1100E. One of his teachers saw it and told him about his old Guzzi LeMans and 850 Commando - good taste in bikes!

I think its really cool to use these 40 year old artifacts. They're pretty and they are totally functional. I had a Gt250 when i was 16 and these later GS' still have a bit of DNA that they remind me of it.
