I guess I stop on remote bridges enough (to watch the water flow and see what else is to see), that I didnt concider it to be illeagle or unsafe.

Dave, at least half a dozen of those 12 vehicles would be horse-drawn buggies. There is a Mennonite school next to the bridge in the direction I’m looking. I took the pic a few years ago, but I seem to remember I was watching kids playing baseball in the schoolyard. Those kids love their baseball, and their ice hockey.Links

I thought the leaning over the railing was the dangerous and inappropriate part.
