And heads up, today is 12/14, and we'll vote on this contest on 12/20.
Next contest begins 12/12, with vote on 12/27.

I'm all for continuing in the new year -- shall we treat 12/28 to 1/3 like a normal week?

Again, thanks for the votes Gents.
I really did like the giant U pic from Roger.

Bikes are hibernating for a while so archives it is.

This week let's do a theme on "gas tanks". If you have a bike you have one of these so hopefully we get a big entry list.
Maybe a new paint job, a reflection in the tank, raindrops beading on a fresh waxing, tanks hanging from the rafters. It doesn't even have to be a GS tank.

That Alphabet system does sound fantastic from about 6-9000rpm.
In this pic you can see how open the "competition" baffle is in the muffler.
Low revs on the street for sure.

This was my third bike, and it was gold and blue when I got it.
I bought a fairing from someone here and painted it to match (I added the lowers later but this is the better photo)
I got the SUZUKI decal on ebay, and discovered it's reflective tape.
I had a friend cut some decals to say GS700E.
And the same friend made me a dozen or so decals of the circuit rider, the emblem of Methodist pastors.
I have that decal on my 650 (and my phone and my laptop too).
