        But cant immediately think of what I might have for that. Which is good.

                    I use Fastone Image Viewer to reduce pics for uploads, they also do a dedicated Image Resizer, which is incorporated into the Viewer anyway, so I never used the dedicated one.
                    Both are free and simple to use. Not worth while firing up PS for web pics.
