    Thanks Bob.

For some reason I thought the theme was "Busted". I thought I'd try and get a pic of someone alaong Rte 66 getting some attention by a local LEO or something. Then maybe if it was "Broke" I'd just lay my wallet on the tank and zoom in on the cobwebs in it, LOL. Laying in bed trying to sleep I thought about these things. Finally, waking up and re-reading Rich's post I narrowed it down to two file pics I had. Plus, the few pics of broken parts I have weren't nearly as interesting as the broken bike pics thus far.

Anyway, fun stuff! Hoping to see more entries this week.

BTW, Rich, I'm so sorry for the setback you're having. Glad you weren't 500 miles from home or out in the boonies somewhere when that happened.

I suppose cant see that are broke or worn, but here the parts are arrayed for a "still life" shot, well, a "still past-their-life" shot, in this case.

Had a new chain-drive bike (the 79) for 3 years, and have had 650G, 850G & 1100G (with some overlapp) the 38 years since. So the ratio displayed there seems about right.

And, Yes, there could be a couple more stators there.

Before anybody wants to inform me of the dangers of displaying license plate numbers, the newest one of mine is over 10 years expired.

Last minute entry; nothing spectacular. A parts bike I picked up in Texas many years back.

No kidding Dave. Not getting any easier even after thre third attempt at looking through these pics. I'm leaning toward Kerrfunk so that's my vote.. Maybe the least traumatic of the broken bike stuff, but looking at the pic I immediately think "BROKEN".

The look on the wooden guy's face in Bob's pic is priceless!
