rphillips we were only a few hours from home in that photo, yes.

But in 1990 I rode that '78 Sportster from the suburbs of Chicago to the Sturgis 50th. 18 hours straight through.

I have nothing against Harleys, one’s laying in my yard.

So this place is great for camping but when I left I saw two signs that said "No Motorcycles" and "Area Closed". I got there at night so I didn't see them. Oh well.... I hope to go back some time.

No problem. We had two Harleys for the longest time.

We still have one V-twin...Our John Deer lawn tractor.

this is the 6th. night of a 8 night tour. South of Joseph Or. just off a back road. when the tour was finished Suzie Q had just over 3200 miles on her, summer of 2003. Didn't spend a dime on camping that trip.

I haven’t ever really stealth camped with a mocykle.
I have had multiple occassions of a nap at a picnic table , somewhat like Don Pepe pic (but I would fit on the bench har har), but I didn’t find any such pic that included the bike.

Eli69 pic looks like the most remote secluded not-really-campground, and I like the pose, so gets my vote.

                        >>later note:
I did have occassion to nap on the ground (more similar to Don Pepe photo). Later that night I was having to have a tick dug out of my back side. So since then I make more of effort to find picknic table.

I'll vote for Eli69. Camping in a closed area is pretty stealth, I would say.
