You need to get a small HTPC and rip that stuff to a large storage drive.
CDs are dead get the news.
I sincerely hope that they don't make a resurgence via the same sorry lie that drives vinyl record sales.
8 tb drive and you can have all the high fidelity sound you may or may not want to pretend you can distinguish from analog recording or the real thing.1983 GS 550 LD

I do iTunes through my iPad.
what is a HTPC? I’m not a audio guy as I’m sure you can see lol but I do love music and am always looking for ways to improve my sound

yeah iTunes is great but money spent on Apple is money not available for liquor and whores.
iTunes circle thing can't recall its name is superb for giving easy access to music you'll love but have never heard.

The place / stuff my Bro is getting has no less than 5 stereo systems. In one pic it looks like a pair of JBL L100 speakers. I have a pair of those valued around $1K.

They are JBL speakers
Love John Prine....in fact just last night I was watching Austin City Limits with him And Lake Marie is a fav.
