    1984 GS450L Chain

Well, been working on this lil' beater, and I need a chain, master link is binding, Is there a standard chain and sprocket set I should look for when I'm searching the net. Thinking "O" ring and a matched set of sprockets. My haynes manual doesn't list a specific size.

    All you need:

You will probably need to call to sort through the options and make sure you get what you need.

For what it's worth: with a little research you can get a 520 conversion for a GS450. Nobody sells it as a kit, but cross referencing sprocket sizes on JT Sprockets website and you can find it......off the top of my head, I think a GS500F front sprocket and GS300 rear are 520.

Well, ordered my parts through Ol' Bike Barn.... 520-102 RK chain, 42/16 sprockets, all Japan quality, not the Voltar china junk I almost bought on ebay. Too many bad saftey issues after researching that brand, no thanks. We shall see.

If I remember correctly, the Old Bike Barn has ripped some of our members off before; be careful and closely watch your order
