Any reason why my gs850 headgasket

Has a 72mm bore instead of 69mm?

Odd that its the same bore size as an 1100. I havent done one of these before, so maybe this is normal for the GS850. Just not used to this on my other builds.

Could you use a 1000 head gasket on a 850? Yes. BTDT.

Bikebandits OEM list number is not the same, but that isn't OEM number.

To save on inventory space and obviously whoever updated them to the same part number doesn't care.
Do I HAVE to take pictures of the 3 different gaskets for you to be a believer?

You lose about 1 cc in combustion chamber volume. I.E.: slightly lower compression ratio.
Until carbon builds up in the extended quench area.

that's why they list P/N 12140 49001 as fitting an 850, because it's used on a 1.0mm oversize bore.

okay... that expands my search for piston rings a bit.
