    Drive hub screwed or normal

Hey guys I think I already know the answer to this but... is this normal?

to kind of add some detail to the picture, the teeth are really thin on most and than thick right at the end of the tooth. Kind of like a wedge. I have a feeling I need a new one. Anyone know where to find one?

That one is pretty bad. Did it move at all?
I probably have one if no one else wants to help.
Where are you located and which model G?

That final drive looks done for. Some Honda Moly 60 grease would have helped.

Ebay has tons of final drive units for cheap. All the 850/1000/1100 units are the same other than the '83+ 1100 units have a taller ratio.

        Good luck

go figure Ness. Its out of a 1984 GS1100 GK... So am I not able to use an older final? And yah it still moved. I only took it out for a ride around the block last year before I started to tear it apart.

Yes, you can use an older unit, including one from an 850.

ok cool. Just be a bit of a higher RPM at cruise I take it eh. Atleast the spline is in not bad condition.
