    Wonderful exuahst bolts/ head coming off

    MAN! I am ****ed!!!!!!!!!

    3 out of 8 snapped of... extractor wont get em out so off comes the damn head.
    Any tutorials on this?

    fill it in with weld



    drill it out



    re tap



    all done and good as new

      This is why you should change to studs once you get this repaired.

        yup,,,,your right...

        unfortunately I could not find any studs, so I went with SS allen head cap bolts and use some anti seize.

        It actually surprised me how hard it was to find studs that were the right ones, actually so hard I didn't find them.....

          I just used a threaded rod and cut it into eight pieces.

            I have springs and quick release spigots on my so I don't have to remove my bolts, but if I did I would probably put thread inserts into the head as well if using bolts. You could always do it later but the access will not be as good as with the engine out of the frame.
