It's there from condensation buildup and you need to ride the bike more often.

I have had the bike for about two months. It have been sitting in a shed for 11 years. I have been trying to ride it (hell I am dying to ride it) I want to make sure I go through it top to bottom. To ensure I don't tear anything up worse than it all ready is.Comment
