      My 82

This is my gs I have owned for 9 yrs, I have done about everything to this bike, paint, carbs, chain, clutch, cables, tires "twice". Would like to put on gsxr conversion to front and back, anyone who knows of some good parts for sale let me know.

This thread has got some awesome...and I mean AWESOME...bikes in it.

Not a single one that I've seen (and I'm on page 5 with 40 posts per page) has been something that I wouldn't ride.

Seems like these bikes are the epitome of the UJM. Universal...Japanese...Motorcycle.

I see choppers. I see sportbikes. I see cruisers. I see standards. I see touring bikes. Awesome how each individuals personal view on what to do with the bike is very unique.

I personally am going touring with mine. Big Vetter fairing. Big tail bag and saddle bags.

I am really interested in making it more sporty...but I have a bike for hitting twisties with. I need a bike for long distance touring!!!

Actually, not knocking the effort, but that looks pretty damn dangerous. Cut down to a single backbone with a hard strut and no other swingarm bracing? That thing is going to fold like a taco i fear.
