Does anyone recognize this small windshield?

I'm looking for a small handlebar mounted windshield for my '82 1100E.

I saw this youtube video.. I like the windshield but haven't been able to figure out what it is.

    Anyone know?

I think the round mounting spots narrow it down quite a bit.

Do you have pics of the spitfire on your bike that you could post?

              Thanks,
