      WOW. Very creative. That chain guard looks like a snake and the chain would be the snakes tongue. Am I right about that? Anyways that is... AWESOME!!!

        I did mine the same way as Steve, I taped off the outer edge first and then used a fresh razor blade to remove the paint from the inner mag spokes. I applied two coats of semi-gloss Dupli-color and them baked them in the oven. Did the inside of the rotor and the lower fork stems also. Wifey was not happy about the smell..

          From a maintenance standpoint, you'll be glad the spokes are all black, unlike stock....wiping down the polished wheel lip is pretty easy, cleaning polished edges on the spokes once wheels are installed, can be a drag.

            Here's my poor attempt at the same thing, although I left only the very outside edge of the rim "technically" unpainted. By "technically", I mean I forgot to mask due to rushing so have quite a bit of cleanup to do...
