Bringing her out of almost a decade of storage in 2002, with about 60,000 miles on her:

After the refurb was done and about 8,000 miles put on her, in 2008:

I must say, man you guys give me something to aspire to!

I just hope that my project 1100EZ comes out as nice as the masterpieces you guys have created.

Thanks you guys. This bike really is fun to ride..light, torquey, handles great, loud'r than sht. A friend of mine gave it to me a few years ago because he just didn't ride it anymore. It had sat outside, unused, for 5 years and even with the old crappy gas in it, it still started after 5 kicks.. It's got a 305cc big bore kit and a mild cam. I also swapped a mid 70's CB500 front end on to get the disk brake. The tail is a modified Airtech piece originaly made for a Matchless with a Hayabusa tail light added, clubmans, hand made pipe, CR250 rear shocks, smoothed/molded frame and swing arm then painted. Even though it took several hundred hrs. over the course of 2 yrs. to finish, I've only got about $1,500 into it.
