1983 GS1100 GK cafe project video
I made a quick 30 second video showing the transformation of my 1983 gs1100 gk. This was an extremely easy project. I still need to get my seat reupholstered but otherwise the project is about done. Let me know if you guys have any ideas to improve the look of the bike.

I put those same shocks on my 1000 and I got what I paid for , I am 300lbs and they are so stiff I don't actually know if the shock works as I can not compress them.
. I am going to get a set of Progressives and be done with it.

I'll tell you anything you want to know about. This was a very simple project if you can do some basic welding. Like I said I only put about $400 in parts and used the factory seat pan, frame, and rear
