I got a 83 750e and it came with both side covers but all the nubby holder things on the back of covers are broken off. Does anyone sells like replacement ones i could epoxy on?

Good find, Wing.
Just need to verify the proper location on the side cover, shape the end to match the angle of the cover, then slurry it in place.

In most cases the stud breaks off with a good size island of plastic below it. If you have enough meat where the studs broke off, you can drill and screw in a pan head screw roughly the length needed. The screw really adds strength to the stud. Then use JB Weld Plastic Weld putty to form the shape of the stud as needed.

2016 XL883L sigpic Two-tone blue and white. Almost 42 hp! Status: destroyed, now owned by the insurance company. The hole in my memory starts an hour before the accident and ends 24 hours after.Comment
