Needle Valve seats gone boink!!

I tried to rebuild my bs32ss carbs last year, long story short bike still not running. Trying again now, but the needle valve seats are really really really stuck. Got one out w/ vise grips (big time squished) and that was after 2 day soak in dip. Where to get new ones and any suggestions on removing the other 3?

Applying PB Blaster and/or heat usually helps. Do you have a small propane torch?

Apply some WD-40 or some other penetrator on them also if you can. That might get em loose too.

tried PB Blaster. Don't want to heat cause the oring. rather mutalate it and buy new ones than try to clean melted rubber out of it.

Seafoam Deep Creep also works pretty well. Put your finger over the housing on the bottom and try spraying some in from the needle side and let it soak a bit, it is probably is stuck above where the o-ring seats.

Sounds like you'll need 4 NEW needles and seats anyway... so use a vise, vise grips, plyers, channel locks, C4 or whatever you need to, to get them out.
