Oddes thing is that NOS was crazy all through a 24 hour period or more.
The guys will never know how close they came to being in a deep-freeze.

It'll still run on the pilot circuit even if the mains have fallen out. Could this have been Ray being concerned about rider safety - restricting riding to 1/8th throttle opening? Once again the kindheartedness of the GSR threatens to overwhelm.

Or maybe that 850 was a potential threat on the strip........

Hmmm, I never realized that 1/8 mile drag racing meant no main jets and you went down the strip on the pilots. LMAO
